17 Mirror Shine On Lipstick

Ok so firstly i want to start off and say that the packaging for this product personally i feel is a real let down and had i not heard good things about it i would never have gone wondering up to it in the shop to buy. It looks like something that should have been left in a Barbie movie.

The colour i got was 'Belle' its a gorgeous pinky, purple. Now if you are someone who likes a very pigmented lipstick then these are not for you they are very sheer but quite build able i would think of them more as a tinted lip balm because they leave you're lips feeling amazing. Once applied to you're lips it leaves the most lovely finish quite shiny so no need to add a gloss over the top

I'm pretty sure i paid £4.59 for this in boots which for the quality of the product i think is amazing! Highly recommend anyone looking to branch out into lipsticks to try these out. They have 10 shades all together with a wide variety in colours :)

Got any good recommendation for a lipstick? I would love to know!

Garnier Intensice 7 Day Soothing Lotion

I think everyone by now has heard of this body lotion its has been out for quite a while and has had some really good reviews so a few months back i bought it from my local morrisions for only £2.

The one which i got for dry & sensitive skin has got natural based honey and L-Bifidus in it, they do a whole range of different types depending on you skin type.

I have to join the hype about this and say it really did hydrate my skin & after only one application i noticed a difference in the way my skin felt and it looked so much more healthier and had a glow to it that i never thought this product would give.

I think if you have the chance to go and pick one of these up then you really should its not going to break the bank & you never know it could become you're new favourite moisturiser!

Glossybox June- Review

Ok so i received my June GlossyBox about a week ago now and have had a good run at trying out all of the products.

The first thing i tryed out was the mini OPI nail polish
Now i love OPI so this didn't disappoint. I think this was a great thing to put in the box but from watching a few Glossbox videos alot of people were complaining at the size of the bottle but don't be fooled it actually goes a long way. This lasted on my nails for a good 5-6 day which is amazing seeing as though i didn't have a top coat on. I think Glossybox should make this a regular thing in their boxes its too cute! £16.75 is the price for the full size version.

The next thing to try out was this sample sized perfume. I had never heard of this brand before but i am so glad that this was in my box! It is slowly becoming my fave perfume and everywhere i go people are asking what i have on. Alot of people have said that they don't like this but i see it as my 'grown up' scent its so undesirable and quirky and i think that's what i love about it most. This perfume retails at £68 for the full sized bottle & is definitely on my Christmas list!

The next product was a Batiste dry shampoo... Not a very luxury or high end product & all in all quite disapointing. I'm sure at one time or another we have all tried a Batiste dry shampoo and if not just pop round to Superdrug or Boots its only £2 for the full size bottle! But after looking at all the other products in the box you can't really be too harsh on Glossybox because everything else was very high end in my opinion.

Once again i had never heard of 'Rouge Bunny Rouge' products and out of everything this was the product i was most excited about. Now this lip gloss retails at £20 for the size you receive in the box and seeing as though i only paid £10 for entire box we are already onto a winner! Don't you think? The colour of the gloss is 'Secret Places Of Love' its a kind of burnt out coraly, pinky colour with a slight shimmer to it. The colour its self i found to stay on you're lips even when the gloss had faded and doesn't leave any horrible white marks on you're mouth. I can't wait to try out alot more products from this company.

The last thing is a Bioeffect serum which before i start talking about this i want to say that for the full size version of this costs £125! SERIOUSLY?! I'm all for paying a little bit more for my skin but not that far what is it botox in a bottle! However after reading the instructions on how to apply this i though that it would last me forever seeing as though you only need around 3 drops but it has gone down quite quick already. The serum itself feels quite oily when you put it on but soon sinks into you're skin. It claims that it stimulates new skin cells to grow and that it is for any ages & types of skin. Waking up the next morning my skin was noticeably more dewy and oily looking which was perfect for me as i have dry skin. All in all the product was ok i can't really say that it did anything amazing and i will definitely NOT be buying the full sized product.

I can't wait for my next Glossybox and i hope it lives up to the standards i am expecting! Thank you for reading my first ever blog post, bear with me and there will be alot more coming :D

Love Becky xoxo
